About the Workshop / Retreat

Through breath, movement, sound, and guided tantric practices, we open a space for authentic expression, grounded sensuality, and heartful presence.
The workshop takes place in a safe, respectful, and conscious environment, supporting self- exploration and personal growth.

Our work is deeply rooted in meditation and draws on nearly 30 years of Meditation, Tantra practice, inspired by Vækstcentret’s teachings with Neel Fasting and the Tantra transmissions from OSHO.
