Tantra: Keys for Transformation

Mostly, we seek outside in order to have more satisfying lives.

 
We often feel incomplete, sensing that something is missing, and we search for it outside of ourselves. e.g. looking for  the "perfect" partner outside.

Tantra provides keys and precious tools to explore resources that we already have within ourselves. 

Even during periods of our lives when we are living as singles, it is possible to feel at home and whole within ourselves. 


Also, when we are in a relationship, learning how to feel at home within oneself brings an immense freedom.

In this weekend, we will explore various elements of Tantra:

During the course Tantric circulations and meditations are explored individually. There is no nudity. 

This weekend is for those who want to explore how  Tantra  can support ones relationship with oneself and others. Whether you are single or in a relationship, where your partner may not be interested in a spiritual approach, or if you  already are in a relationship and have found that Tantra  support your daily life and would like deepen your experience of Tantra, this weekend is an opportunity for you.
