Meditation Retreat - Practice and Relax

 

“You are not the goal. You have to become the ground”- Osho.

 

3 days in total relaxation to nourish the inner.

In contact with the energy of the Earth. Exploring various meditation practices.
Relax the body, the heart and listen to the breath.

We will be exploring Osho's meditation techniques, mindfulness. When we nourish the Heart it becomes a doorway to connect with inner essential qualities such as silence, inner peace, acceptance and many more. Furthermore, we will be applying the approach from Tantra; which has a deep understanding of saying "Yes" to all that is. We become allert and remain more connected with the inner flow of life that always runs through us.

 

The long isolation we have gone through has brought an aftermath of anxiety, insomnia, stress, insecurity.

 

Therefore, treat yourself with a holistic vacation, immersing yourself into an inner journey.

 

Tirtha is in a place where Nature is unique. There is direct access to the river Adige.

It has been built in an ecological design and uses clean energy sources.

 

Meditation, moments of silence, the space we will create, the processes we will go through, the moments of stillness, the understandings, will unlock and awaken our dormant energies. They will support us to feel the flow again in the body, integrate them, rebalance them in a harmonious way, so we can have a more authentic and profound connection with our Center. It is from here that we connect with the inner source of joy in a celebratory dance with existence.
