About the Workshop / Retreat

“Presence: An Inner Journey”
This workshop is a meditation retreat.
Step by step, we will learn to nurture the inner silence.
Moving from the outside to the inside, we will practice tools that help calm the mind.
We will bring awareness to understand the processes we go through when we sit and practice meditation.
During the Retreat there will be moments of silence and we will use:
- Active Meditations by Osho
- Vipassana and awareness walk
- Various sitting techniques
- Work as a Meditation
- Mindfulness
We will deepen our practice and expand our understanding of what it means to be a witness, based on both Osho's teachings and ancient meditation techniques.
In this meditation retreat you will receive structures and techniques so that you can continue to support a daily meditation practice at home. We are looking forward to meditate together with you and share our more than 25 years of jouney of meditation and passion for the inner.
