Online Meditation Course — 5 events With DHAIRYA
A meditation journey into everyday life
Over the past year, I have completed the Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) Teacher Training Program, based on the teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, author of The Joy of Living: Unlocking the Secret and Science of Happinessand subject of the documentary Wandering… But Not Lost.
Meditation does not have to be separate from everyday life. It can become a simple and practical way to meet our work, relationships, emotions and challenges with greater awareness, openness and inner stability.
the course consists of five 90-minute online modules, delivered via Zoom. We will explore an accessible yet profound approach to meditation through simple practices that can be naturally woven into daily life. Even a few minutes of practice can help us become more present and gradually transform the way we relate to our thoughts, emotions, fears and worries.
At the heart of this approach is a fundamental understanding: we do not need to become someone else in order to experience greater well-being. Awareness, loving-kindness, compassion and wisdom are qualities already present within us.
Meditation helps us recognize, nourish and strengthen these inner resources. Rather than struggling with our experience or judging ourselves, we learn to meet what arises with curiosity, kindness and awareness. From this foundation, resilience, confidence and a deeper sense of joy can naturally grow.
During the course, you will learn how to:
use simple and practical meditation techniques;
integrate meditation into everyday activities;
become more aware of thoughts, emotions and habitual reactions;
meet stress and challenging moments with greater stability;
recognize and interrupt unhelpful automatic patterns;
cultivate resilience, presence and creativity;
connect more deeply with your inner resources;
strengthen kindness, compassion and trust in yourself and others;
experience greater joy, peace and ease in daily life.
Everyday life itself becomes our place of practice — an “awareness gym” where each experience offers an opportunity to become more present, curious and open.
Meditation is not about eliminating unwanted parts of ourselves or trying to become someone different. It is about discovering a different way of relating to our experience and allowing the qualities already within us to become more visible and alive.
