THE ALCHEMY OF TANTRA FOR COUPLES -BASIC-

Tantra is saying yes to the moment, being open to the present and keeping the attitude of yes in one's heart.

These three days are dedicated to nurturing the space of intimacy, loving-kindness and sweetness within the couple's relationship and are also a pleasant opportunity to reconnect and "recharge the batteries".

This group involves:

• A Tantra Map with Ancient Tibetan Buddhist Tantric Meditation taught from Vækstcentret in Denmark.
• Osho’s meditations and teachings on tantra
• Exercises / Meditations
• Spaces of sharing
• Dance and Movement

This group is deeply rooted in meditation.

From this group you will receive a map that will guide you in the mysterious territory of sexuality, freeing you from the feeling of insecurity that the unknown can give you.

Meditations and techniques that will help you integrate sex, intimacy and love, and to understand that individuality does not exclude intimacy.

You will be given keys through which you can bring meditation into sexuality, thus enriching the relationship of greater presence and less focus on performance.

In your sex life you will find:

• greater relaxation
• more playfulness and creativity

This work is for couples who want to explore and deepen their experience and understanding of sexual energy and relationships, and for couples who, having been together for a long time, who wish to reconnect and strengthen the loving intimacy between them, that this work can bring.

There is no therapeutic approach, however the work will bring important benefits.

Each couple will work with their own partner, only.
